Objectives
- Crossing the Americas from North to South, from Anchorage (AK) to Ushuaia (South Argentina), following the theme of microfinance.
- Observing and reporting local experiences on microfinance.
This plan is the first one of the Association « Planète Durable et Solidaire », which goal is to promote and to facilitate:
- discovery of our planet and exchanges between al the people of the world,
- observation and reflection for solutions for a sustainable development of our planet, considering the different populations
- sharing the conclusions in any form of communication.
Who are we ?
A young couple who likes discovering and travelling:
- Sara Daudé, president of the association « Planète Durable et Solidaire »
- Sébastien Juhen, vice-president and et trésorier de l’association.
When and how long ?
From June 2008 and for 20 months
Where ?
We will follow the West Coast of Americas, from Anchorage to Ushuaia.
We will cross 14 countries: Canada, USA (included Alaska), Mexico, Guatemala, Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, Chile.
